The parcel must be opened only in the presence of the courier rider.

The inspection process is video recorded for transparency.

You may verify the product, design, colour, fabric, embroidery, quantity and visible quality.

The product must not be worn, used, washed or damaged during verification.

If the order is correct, payment is completed and the parcel is accepted.

If an incorrect item is received, the parcel is repacked, resealed and returned by the courier.
