The Process
How it works
From request to doorstep — every step confirmed with you personally.

Select your favourite stitched article and click "Request Custom Stitching".

Complete the request form with your contact details and measurements (or upload your measurement sheet).

Our team contacts you on WhatsApp to verify your measurements and discuss any stitching preferences before production begins.

After measurement confirmation, a 50% advance payment is required to confirm your order.

Once the advance is received, your outfit enters our tailoring process.

Your custom stitched outfit is carefully prepared within 15–20 working days.

Your order is dispatched, and the remaining 50% is payable by Cash on Delivery.

Production begins only after the 50% advance payment is received.
Delivery time is approximately 15–20 working days.
Our team will contact you on WhatsApp to verify your measurements before stitching begins.
Orders are stitched according to the measurements approved by the customer.
A minor stitching tolerance of ±0.5 inch is considered standard in custom tailoring.
Custom stitched orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or if the garment has not been stitched according to the measurements confirmed with our team.
Product colour may vary slightly due to photography lighting and screen display settings.
Once production has started, custom stitching orders cannot be cancelled.
How this works with Open Parcel™
Because a custom outfit is stitched only for you, the 50% advance is non-refundable once production starts. Your Open Parcel™ rights still apply at delivery for the remaining Cash-on-Delivery half — you may inspect the parcel in front of the rider to confirm the garment matches the measurements you approved. Change of mind, size preference or minor colour variation are not covered on custom orders.
